Mid-West Truck and Trailer Show

As an exhibitor at the Mid-West Truck & Trailer Show, you have a front-and-center opportunity to interact with thousands of people directly involved in the trucking industry. Our booth spaces are staged in a relaxed atmosphere and designed to accommodate all sizes of exhibits and budgets. Some of the top show features include:

Exhibit rates start at $650 for a 10X10 booth space, refer to the Exhibitor Contract below for all rates.
Drayage/Material handling rates are well below any national show rate
Exhibitors can install their own booths and equipment, or have it installed and ready when you arrive!
Loading docks and curbside move-in available for every exhibitor, and expedited move-in/move-out.

How to Become and Exhibitor

View and download the Exhibitor Contract to view our fee schedule and determine which exhibit space best fits your needs. You also need to download the Mid-West Truck & Trailer Show Layout to view exhibitor spaces. Complete the Exhibitor Contract and select your top three choices for booth space.
If you are a Government Agency that would like to participate - please complete the "Government Row" Form and return to MTA.

Sponsorship & Program

Hotel Arrangements

As an Exhibitor at the Mid-West Truck & Trailer show, once you have signed an exhibitor contract for the show, you will be able to reserve a room at a nearby Peoria hotel at a discounted rate. We encourage you lock in your convention exhibit space quickly to reserve your rooms early. If you have any Problems with Hotel reservations, please call Mid-West Truckers Assocation office at 217-525-0310.

Pere Marquette Hotel and Courtyard Marriott

These Hotels are connected directly to the Peoria Civic Center via an enclosed skywalk, with a number of convention events scheduled at the Pere Marquette Hotel.
