Mid-West Truckers Association offers Designated Employer Representative (DER) training to members in MTA’s drug & alcohol testing program. Every company who has safety-sensitive employees as defined by the U.S. Department of Transportation is required to have a DER. We will have these trainings in three locations throughout Illinois in April - O'Fallon - April 16, Springfield -  April 23 and Aurora - April 30.
