Designated Employer Representative (DER) Training

Mid-West Truckers Association is offering Designated Employer Representative (DER) training to members in MTA’s drug & alcohol testing program. Every company who has safety-sensitive employees as defined by the U.S. Department of Transportation is required to have a DER. MTA recommends this training for companies to remain in compliance with federal regulations.
